Frequently Asked Questions
How is my tier calculated?▾
Your tier is based on your total lifetime spending (excluding returns and cancellations). It only goes up — we don't downgrade tiers.
How is the discount applied?▾
Your discount is automatically applied at checkout when you're signed in. You don't need to enter a coupon code.
What happens if I return an order?▾
Returned order amounts are not deducted from your lifetime total. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.
