1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made through the MIALOV website (www.mialov.com) and your use of the site. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Sales Conditions

• All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) inclusive of VAT.
• After order confirmation, products are shipped within 3 business days.
• Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues with a full refund.
• Individuals under 18 may not purchase without parental/guardian consent.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via iyzico Payment Services Inc. You may pay by credit card, debit card, or other methods supported by iyzico. MIALOV does not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made through MNG Kargo. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days. MIALOV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Selling Regulation are reserved. You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. This right does not apply to used or opened hygiene products.

6. Intellectual Property

The MIALOV brand, logo, content, and designs are protected under Turkish intellectual property law. They may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes. For consumer disputes, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees.
