Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Product labels must not be removed.
• Opened hygiene products (press-on nail kits, etc.) are not eligible for return.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days to support@mialov.com.

3. Return Process

1. Send your return request to support@mialov.com.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return code and shipping details.
3. Send the product in its original packaging via the specified carrier.
4. Once we receive the product, the refund process will be initiated within 14 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product you received is damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photographs at support@mialov.com. We will replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped. For orders already shipped, the above return process applies. Please contact support@mialov.comfor cancellation requests.
